Kreeda Tantra was born from a simple belief: play has the power to transform lives—whether for children, families, or entire teams at workplaces.

The story of Kreeda Tantra begins with Gajanan and Monika Pawar, a couple from a small city in Maharashtra who carried their values and vision with them to Gujarat. Both built their careers in Gujarat—Gajanan as a sales professional in IT services for over 15 years, handling regional-level responsibilities, and Monika as an engineer and assistant professor for more than a decade at a reputed technical institute.

Even with stable careers, both shared a dream of creating something meaningful of their own. Something that would give back to society. The spark came from their parenting journey. Like many parents, they searched for doorstep fitness classes for their child—something engaging, playful, and holistic. When they couldn’t find what they were looking for, they decided to build it themselves.

That’s how Kreeda Tantra began—with simple doorstep fitness classes that encouraged kids to step outside, play, and grow healthier in body and mind. From there, the idea grew. Parents wanted more ways to engage their children, which led to themed birthday activities that blended fun, creativity, and learning.

But the true turning point came when they realized games weren’t just for children. Play could break down barriers in the workplace, spark collaboration, and build trust among employees. What began with kids expanded into team building and leadership training for corporates—first in Ahmedabad, and soon across India.

Today, Kreeda Tantra has touched over 20,000 lives across kids, parents, and employees through its various verticals. What started as a small step from a young couple’s vision has grown into a movement—proving that play is not just fun, but a powerful tool for connection, growth, and transformation.
