Education: Any Graduate
(BPEd/ MPEd, MBA Preferred)
Minimum 3 yrs of Experience in Fitness/ Education/Event Industry of Handling Team.
Other Skills :
Excellent Communication, Leadership & Problem Solving Skills,Essential Computer Knowledge, Fluency in English Speaking.
CTC:4 Lacs Per Annum

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Training Department which is a core function of KreedaTantra.
- Handling a Team of Coaches and Team Leaders
- Oversee learning activities, Updating the curriculum and managing the resources
- Identify training needs Based on Skill Gap analysis
- Plan,Prepare and deliver quarterly and Annual training programs/Courses based on business goals and Budgets.
- Curate Levels Of Training and Certifications for Coaches as well as Kids
- Recruit ,Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new Coaches
- Evaluate Coaches and identify Strength and weaknesses
- Present all the technical and supply training requirements to Management.
- Encourage employees for training
- Develop employees’ skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
- Track employee success progress and Performance
- Implement training KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
- Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses)
