Pay Scale:
8000-12000 /Month

Head-Training & Education 
Base Location : Ahmedabad
(Outstation Travel May Require in Natural course of Business)

Education: Any Graduate
(BPEd/ MPEd, MBA Preferred)

Minimum 3 yrs of Experience in Fitness/ Education/Event Industry of Handling Team.
Other Skills :
Excellent Communication, Leadership & Problem Solving Skills,Essential Computer Knowledge, Fluency in English Speaking.
CTC:4 Lacs Per Annum

Reports to the CEO

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Training Department which is a core function of KreedaTantra.
  2. Handling a Team of Coaches and Team Leaders
  3. Oversee learning activities, Updating the curriculum and managing the resources
  4. Identify training needs Based on Skill Gap analysis
  5. Plan,Prepare and deliver quarterly and Annual training programs/Courses based on business goals and Budgets.
  6. Curate Levels Of Training and Certifications for Coaches as well as Kids
  7. Recruit ,Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new Coaches
  8. Evaluate Coaches and identify Strength and weaknesses
  9. Present all the technical and supply training requirements to Management. 
  10. Encourage employees for training
  11. Develop  employees’ skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
  12. Track employee success  progress and Performance 
  13. Implement training KPIs
  14. Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
  15. Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses)
